Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable within the first 24-48 hours of the initial purchase. To be eligible, the service must have a confirmed technical fault from our side that we are unable to resolve.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Renewals of existing services are strictly non-refundable.
- Payments made via Cryptocurrencies or local non-reversible methods.
- Suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service (DDoS, Abuse, etc.).
- Change of mind or "I don't need it anymore" reasons.
Chargebacks
Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the permanent termination of your account and all associated services without notice. We recommend contacting our support team first.
